passing the btech exam doesn't give you job surely there are many factors which will make you employed.Getting a job is easier if you have full determination all you need is to do some hard work and need patience.for those students who don't get recruited in their college should do many things but doing anything in this world requires confidence.The confidence is the key to success in btech.Students having backlog in the examination get disheartened or some take it casually.The technical individual don't know real technology but still they are technical.
