Bank po is the national level exam conducted by the joint body named as ibps which is indian banking institute. The ibps conducted exam on every year,three exams namely clerical written examination,bank po,and bank specialist officers exam conducted by ibps each year.
As we already know that bu 2018 the bank employees gets retired and the new fresh recruitment taken place before two year of retirement of officials of bank.Nearly 85000 getting retired by 2018 and the bank will recruit more than lakh of candidates to fulfill the requirement.
And also RBI soon giving licensed to the new companies agencies to open the bank.And in the coming years the newly bank opened will generate more job opportunities in the banking sector. So to avail the opportunity we have to know the system of recruitment done by the ibps.
The bank po exam conducted by ibps will generate a score card based on performance in the given exam.The score will be used by 20 nationalized bank for the selection of next round of recruitment i.e. GD/PI.
The bank po exam contains four sections namely
1.quantitative Aptitude
2.G.K.
3.Reasoning
4.English test
In quantitative Aptitude the basic maths concepts do not change but the level of questions will raise and requires more attention to solve the quesion correctly with accuracy and less time consumption.
